Delivery Policy

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We apply a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 11 AM EST (East Standard Time) are processed the same day. All products go through a brief processing stage before being shipped.

After processing, the average shipping time is 4–7 business days. In total, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 5–10 business days from the moment your order is placed.

During periods of unexpected high demand, deliveries may occasionally take longer than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding should a delay occur. Of course, we will keep you informed and always aim to minimize any delays.
